ABOUT ME
I have been smithing for just over 20 yrs now. I enjoy working the steel into shape when its good and hot. You can make it do almost anything you want just by molding it with the hammer. Working the fire to heat the steel to forge out a blade that can become a lifetime tool if taken care of properly.
I stand behind the blades I make and I make them the way I want to. No 2 blades are alike. Similar maybe but not the same. I like using antler for my handles of the hunting knives I make mainly because it just seems like an old school or more traditional style of knife. I also use other materials for handles like wood or micarta depending on the intended use of the knife.
